Chiral Technologies, Inc. Announces the Promotion of Joseph Barendt to President
WEST CHESTER, Pa. (May 31, 2016) —Chiral Technologies, Inc., part of Daicel Corporation, the global market leader in enantioselective chromatography is pleased to announce the promotion of Joseph M. Barendt, Ph.D. to the position of President. Dr. Barendt has been with the company for 10 years serving as Chief Operating Officer.

Dr. Barendt earned his Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Colorado, and his MBA from the Joseph M. Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
