CHIRALPAK IA, IB, IC, ID, IE, IF and IG columns are generally complementary. Each column will separate a different set of enantiomeric compounds, although some compounds will resolve on more than one column. Method development strategies have been developed with them in different chromatographic modes and will be discussed accordingly in next sections.
