Lindsey Merchant Promoted to Inside Sales Representative for Daicel Chiral Technologies
WEST CHESTER, Pa (July 8, 2021) — Daicel Chiral Technologies today announced the promotion of Lindsey Merchant, as the company’s new Inside Sales Representative.
Merchant joined Daicel Chiral Technologies in 2019 as a member of our Customer Care team working in our headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania. She was soon promoted to Senior Customer Care Representative in 2020, where she assumed a leadership role in the department and was instrumental in the transition of our customer care department from our headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania to our office in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
In her new role as Inside Sales Representative, Merchant will be responsible for managing our academic and government markets, as well as the central region of the US. In this new role, Merchant will be developing and maintaining customer relationships while ensuring they are aware of our latest product offerings. In addition to these responsibilities, Merchant will also coordinate the column selection service working with all customers to navigate our free screening process.
