Retention of Your Personal Data (EU GDPR)
Chiral Technologies Europe retains the personal data of its clients, partners and contacts for the duration strictly necessary to manage the relationship i.e. up to 1 year from the end of the relationship and up to 3 years from the end of the relationship for prospecting and promotional purposes.
In addition, clients’ personal data are archived for periods of time in accordance with the current provisions, in compliance with a legal obligation to store them and statutes of limitation. Thus, for prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, data are kept for 5 years after the end of the relationship with Chiral Technologies Europe. In terms of accounting, they are kept for 10 years from the end of the accounting period.
Prospects’ personal data are kept for a period of 3 years from the last contact.
Under the conditions defined by the GDPR, persons whose data are processed have a right to access, rectify, and delete the data, a right to restriction of processing and a right to data portability for personal data concerning them.
